ReWords.AI lets you edit text inside images. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we handle when you use the service and how we protect it.
1. Your images are used only to perform your edit
To edit an image, we send it to the AI service providers that power our editing engine. They process it only to produce the result you requested. We never sell your images or results, and we never use them for advertising.
2. Stored only for your own viewing
Your uploaded images and processed results are stored only so that you can view and download them from your history. No other user can access them. Download links contain a non-guessable random identifier, so they are not discoverable by others.
3. Automatic deletion within 72 hours
Your images and results are automatically and permanently deleted within 72 hours. We do not keep your images long-term. Please download any result you want to keep before then.
4. Automated processing — no manual viewing
Image editing is performed by automated systems. As a matter of policy, our staff do not browse, open, or manually process your private images.
5. Account and payment information
If you sign in, we store the minimum needed to operate your account, such as your email address, credit balance, and order history. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal); we never receive or store your full card number.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which of our ads lead to sign-ups or purchases. We do not sell this data.
