Terms of Service

1. The service

You upload an image, choose the text to change, and our AI generates an edited version. AI results can vary and are not guaranteed to be perfect. Please check every result before you use it.

2. Acceptable use

You may only edit images that you own or have the right to edit. You must not use ReWords.AI to:

• forge or alter identity documents, official certificates, receipts, invoices, bank or payment records, or other documents in order to deceive anyone;
• commit fraud, impersonate others, or mislead people about facts;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• create or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

You are responsible for how you use the images you create. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

3. Credits and payments

• Edits use credits. New users may receive free credits to try the service.
• Pay-as-you-go credit packs are one-time purchases, and their credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period.
• To cancel a subscription or ask a billing question, email [email protected].
• Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.

4. Refunds

If a result is completely unusable because of a technical error, contact us and we will restore your credits or refund the charge. If you believe you were charged by mistake, email us first — we will review every request.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the results you create. We use your images only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and delete them automatically within 72 hours.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ReWords.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
